    Qualifications

    We presently have an employment opportunity for a Title Clerk in one operation. In this new role, the Title Clerk is responsible for processing title work for new and used vehicles.

    What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
    • Receives deals and processes title work for new and used vehicles.
    • Processes tag work and prints out registrations.
    • Files a copy of the registration inside the deal and sends tag to receptionist.
    • Processes checks and paperwork for the purchase of vehicles.
    • Sends bank drafts to collect funds.
    • Participates in ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
    Position Requirements:
    • 3 years of experience as title clerk.
    • High-school diploma or equivalent
    • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel)
    • Basic knowledge of general accounting procedures
    • Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds software.
    • Notary Public.
