- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, including servers (on-premise/Azure Cloud), workstations, and associated software.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and integration.
- Establish and maintain network standards and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Manage and maintain local network systems, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Ensure network security, implementing and monitoring access controls and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Participate in network planning and design, and work with Project Leads on network-related projects.
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, addressing system and network issues promptly.
- Work with the Service Desk team to represent the technical support function.
- Collaborate with Project Leads to assess and implement new software releases and hardware upgrades.
- Support the roll-out of PCs, software, and hardware, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Assist in the management of equipment and personnel in local and remote locations.
- Participate in major projects, including software and hardware installations, occasionally taking the lead in coordinating project activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems engineering and network administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, desktop operating systems, networking, security, and server software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft MDM software, Intune.
- Proficiency in mixed Windows/Mac environments.
- Knowledge of virtualization for both servers and desktops, including Azure and VMware.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software, on-site and remotely.
- Approachable and attentive to end-users' needs.
- Experience in coordinating and participating in IT projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

- Hybrid work environment: must be able to be on-site 2-3 days a week.
