We're looking for a motivated dependable TeamLead to support our delivery operations in Williston ND This hands-on leadership role requires someone who can manage their own schedule work independently and lead a team with focus efficiency integrity You'll help launch routes support drivers handle daily challenges keep operations running on time The ideal candidate has strong time management great communication skills stays calm positive organized even under pressure If you thrive in fast-paced environments lead by example this role is for you
- Lead and support a team of 40-50 elite professional drivers
- Plan and execute daily dispatch route assignments logistics
- Provide on-road support cover delivery routes as needed Train mentor new hires meet safety service expectations Maintain performance delivery metrics keeping operations efficient safe Promote teamwork positivity professionalism among driver team Communicate clearly effectively with drivers terminal staff company leadership We're Looking For Someone Who Is self-motivated dependable Can manage own schedule independently using provided guidelines Thrives autonomy knows when ask for support Has strong time management skills stick strict timelines Remains positive calm pressure stressful environments Does not get overwhelmed multitask efficiently Has excellent communication interpersonal skills Inspires encourages keeps team motivated Available longer hours Qualifications
