- Support social media management and content, including creating and delivering briefs and supporting calendar management
- Support social-first content ideation in partnership with Creative and cross-functional partners
- Manage influencer programming across paid partnerships, organic seeding and gifting, and experiences
- Run day-to-day point with agency partners, briefing, oversee content approvals and reporting
- Research and engage new influencer relationships and retain existing relationships
- Manage overall influencer list and build sub-lists for campaigns, initiatives and events
- Build influencer lookbooks and outfitting, place product orders
- Manage influencer reporting and analytics, manage and leverage influencer marketing tools including Tribe Dynamics / Creator IQ
- Make influencer content recommendations and traffic assets for use across brand marketing channels
