- Perform chemical transfers
- Involvement in chemical firefighting tasks
- Participate in various Industrial services
- Participating in job specific and health & safety training as required
- Follow all established organizational policies and procedures.
- Reporting workplace hazards, accidents or other occurrences that may pose a risk to the organization or the safety of oneself or others.
- Participate in team/staff meetings when required.
- Work in a manner that preserves confidentiality and minimizes risk.
- Pre-service Fire, Medical, or Police training
- NFPA 472 Hazardous Material Operations
- NFPA 1001 level 1 or 2
- Hazardous materials and/or environmental experience an asset
- Vacuum truck experience an asset
- Participate in pre-employment and post-incident drug & alcohol testing
- Bilingual English/French or other languages an asset.
