    Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of Consumer Direct Care Network Companies within the assigned territory
    • Ensure compliance with Federal/State Regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules
    • Manage intake, referral processes, payroll, and AR processes for positive business growth
    • Provide excellent service to clients, employees, and 3rd party organizations
    • Lead staff training and organizational development
    • Enhance program's economic standing
    • Foster a cohesive office environment
    • Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy

    JOB DUTIES

    • Collaborate with stakeholders for service delivery
    • Monitor program performance through scorecards and key indicators
    • Skilled in public speaking
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and standards
    • Provide advanced reporting
    • Exhibit dependability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Show proficiency in computer usage
    • Manage special projects effectively
    • Identify and implement process improvements
    • Oversee special projects such as policy reviews and enrollment efforts
    • Market services to referral sources
    • Participate in professional development activities
    • Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of employees
    • Represent the company at various events
    • Ensure timely project completion
    • Travel as required within the assigned area
    • Maintain positive financial health of programs
    • Manage client enrollment, assessments, and supervisory visits
    • Develop service/support plans and budgets
    • Maintain CRM database accurately
    • Oversee payroll, authorization, and AR operations
    • Bilingual skills preferred in some locations
    • Perform other assigned duties

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in areas like Social Work, Psychology, Nursing preferred
    • Four (4) years of management experience preferred
    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
