    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
    • Deliver instruction in an effective and dynamic manner, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources
    • Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to promote growth and achievement
    • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and encourages collaboration
    • Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide support to students with diverse learning needs
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional practices and strategies
    • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends
    • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred
    • Valid teaching certification is preferred.
    • Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred
    • Passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to student success
    • Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
