Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and retaining diverse high-performing teams that advance our mission.The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and proficiency with social media, recruitment platforms, HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred), and industry trends. You will source and engage candidates across multiple channels,
lead a personalized hiring experience,
foster employee engagement,career development,and positive workplace culture.
