Title: Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Valley View Medical Center

Location: Tri-State Area, Arizona

Compensation: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance for 3-Year Commitment

About Our Award Winning Client: Our Award Winning Client has garnered numerous accolades for its commitment to patient care and operates facilities across the nation.

Must-Haves:

1. Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school.
2. BLS certification required.
3. Minimum 1 year experience as a Med Surg RN.
4. Arizona RN license and/or Compact State RN License required.

Nice-To-Haves:

1. 3 years of RN experience in Med Surg.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Description:

Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with relevant scope and standards of practice.

Job Skills and Technical Skills:

• Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
• Competent in administering medications and treatments
• Skilled in monitoring patient vital signs and conditions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Shift: Nights - 12-hour shifts
