- Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
- Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and perform
- 1-2 years bartending experience
