- Developing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks

- Epicor ERP, Microsoft SQL / SSRS, and hardware troubleshooting
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Customer service, problem-solving, technical aptitude, communication, and analytical skills
