    This is a fulltime opportunity to join a forward-thinking architectural firm committed to designing and implementing projects that serve communities in the Twin Cities.

    Projects range from affordable housing developments to community centers and educational facilities, all aimed at creating sustainable, inclusive, and empowering environments.

    Senior Project Manager Overview:


    As an Architectural Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of architecture projects from conception through completion.

    You will work closely with clients, community stakeholders, fellow architects, and construction teams to ensure projects meet the needs of the communities they serve while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

    Projects vary and include civic, corporate, housing, and restaurant.


    Project Manager Responsibilities:
    Orchestrating project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize community impact by judiciously allocating funds and materials.

    Collaborating closely with construction managers and teams to supervise every facet of the construction process, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgetary constraints, and stringent quality benchmarks.

    Navigating the intricate landscape of regulatory frameworks, zoning ordinances, and compliance mandates by establishing robust liaisons with local authorities, thereby guaranteeing that projects comply with all legal and safety prerequisites.

    Cultivating fruitful alliances with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), governmental entities, and various organizations to procure funding, endorsement, and cooperation indispensable for project fruition.

    Vigilantly monitoring and disseminating progress reports to both internal and external stakeholders, while flexibly recalibrating strategies to effectively address emerging challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

    Collaborating synergistically with architects and designers to craft project blueprints that epitomize social inclusivity, environmental stewardship, and cultural sensitivity.

    Actively engaging with community constituents and stakeholders through immersive workshops and dialogues to solicit invaluable insights and feedback, thereby ensuring that projects are meticulously tailored to address genuine community requisites.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
    Minimum of 7+ years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
    Deep commitment to social equity and experience working on projects aimed at serving communities.
    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups.
    Experience in community engagement and participatory design processes.
    Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project).


    What We Offer:

    Salary:
    $105,000 - $130,000
