What you'll be doing...

As a Pega Business Architect, working on the Marketing team, you will gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design, development and testing of a Pega NBA implementation. As the BA, you will be responsible for translating the high-level vision from the business team into technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams. You will be a key player in agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT.

Collecting business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions.
Working with extended cross functional teams.
Creating user stories and groom the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get.
Deciding group consensus.
Contributing to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement.
Documenting.
Serving as the liaison between the business and the Development teams in order to supply.
Offering technical solutions to meet business needs.
Making sure that solutions implemented meet business requirements and business can report on the effectiveness of each campaign.

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Pega Business Architect (CBA) certification.
Experience working on implementation of PEGA Inbound/Outbound campaigns.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Understanding of Pega Next Best Action.
Understanding of Marketing terminology.
Experience working as a development/business analyst gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.
SQL knowledge.
Technical project experience.
Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.
