Responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of resident assessments in accordance with State Federal and Company guidelines.
Responsibilities
Coordinates the development and completion of resident assessment in accordance with current regulations ensuring timely transmission of required data. Evaluates each residents condition pertinent medical data develops procedures implementation CAAs triggers ensures all assessments are completed transmitted in timely manner assists community directors supervisors scheduling participant care plan meetings contacts outside members team including residents representative family members participates annual community inservice training programs as scheduled.
