    Description

    Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 residents.

    Our Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of residents' care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

    Administer medications, provide vaccinations and render treatment to geriatric patients**Communicate with physicians, LPNs, radiologists and other medical professionals**Collaborate with physicians to create a Plan of Care for each patient**Plans effective administration of assigned unit**Create and contribute to patients' medical records as needed**Admits, transfers, and/or discharges residents**Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their parents or guardians**Track and maintain medical supply inventory along with other staff members**Valid nursing license**Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
    • Registered Nurse (RN) shift openings:
    Full-time

    • All Shifts
    Medical/Dental/Vision/LTD & Life insurance available after 60 days. 00 per bi-weekly pay period
    *$00/hour Shift Differential for 3pm - 11:30pm & 11pm - 7am shifts.
    Per Diem openings also available. $Shift Differential & benefits do not apply.
