    Job Description:


    As the Director of Information Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and systems.

    You will play a key role in developing and implementing IT strategies to support the clinic's mission and objectives.

    This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our patients and staff.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the clinic's goals and objectives. Evaluate current systems and identify areas for improvement.


    Infrastructure Management:
    Oversee the maintenance and operation of all IT systems, including networks, servers, and hardware. Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems.


    Team Leadership:
    Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including systems administrators, network engineers, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.


    Vendor Management:
    Evaluate and select third-party vendors and technology solutions. Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.


    Compliance and Security:
    Ensure compliance with federal regulations, such as HIPAA, and industry best practices for data security and privacy. Implement policies and procedures to safeguard patient information.


    Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
    Develop and manage the IT department budget. Allocate resources effectively to support ongoing operations and new initiatives.


    Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
    Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare IT. Evaluate new systems and tools for potential adoption, and oversee their implementation.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    Strong technical expertise in networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
    Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare compliance regulations.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
    Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
