- Onboard new hires in a timely and efficient manner
- Submit and Monitor background check, education verifications
- Contact new hire to schedule Employee Health (EH) appointment
- Determine class requirements, schedule orientation, and classes
- Communicate with HRBP/TA Partner/hiring manager throughout the process
- Conduct HR appointment including verification of I-9 paperwork, verify licensure, certification and job specific requirements. Education documentation (when required)
- Ensure integrity of personnel files by scanning documents into electronic personnel file
- Answer new hire questions
- Assist HR leaders and HRBPs front-office responsibilities
- Processing unemployment claims
- Able to On-board for Multiple Entities
