    ABOUT THE ROLE:
    We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on ERP Systems Administrator to serve as the primary owner of our Sage X3 environment across four operational sites. This role will provide end-user support, system configuration, data management, reporting, and integration oversight to ensure our ERP system supports manufacturing, inventory, sales and cultivation operations effectively.
    The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Sage X3 with a practical understanding of operational workflows and regulatory requirements within the cannabis industry. This individual will act as both a technical resource and strategic advisor, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve system utilization and business processes.
    Duties/Responsibilities
    User Support and Training
    • Provide day-to-day Sage X3 support across four sites.
    • Conduct user training sessions and system walkthroughs.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
    • Provide hands-on assistance with operational tasks as needed.
    System Configuration and Data Management
    • Assist with system configuration and enhancements.
    • Lead data conversion efforts, including building import templates, working with department managers to gather and format data for system upload.
    • Load data into Sage X3 as needed.
    • Assist with new product creation and maintain existing product catalog accuracy.
    Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Build custom reports and queries to support stakeholder requests.
    • Analyze ERP data and provide actionable insights.
    • Develop and maintain Sage X3 SQL queries (required).
    • Utilize knowledge of Sage X3 table structure to optimize reporting.
    • SDA (BI Tool for Sage X3) experience is a plus.
    • Crystal Reports experience a plus.
    ERP Ownership and System Integrations
    • Act as the internal ERP owner and subject matter expert.
    • Provide strategic guidance on new system features and external integrations.
    • Support integration initiatives by advising on data structure and system capabilities.
    • Manage and maintain inventory synchronization between Metrc and Sage X3.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues related to Metrc and internal CRM.
    • Provide guidance on leveraging Sage X3 data to improve sales processes executed through CRM.
    • Set up new users in Sage X3 and manage user security to maintain appropriate access controls aligned with business needs.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
    Must Haves
    Education and Experience:
    • To remain compliant with state law, you must be 21 years of age or older.
    • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Sage X3.
    • Strong knowledge of Sage X3 table structure.
    • Experience supporting manufacturing, inventory, and sales modules.
    • Strong knowledge of system integrations.
    • Experience with Metrc.
    • Knowledge of cost analysis and commonly used costing methodologies.
    Skills/Abilities:
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and training skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and compliance teams.
    • Detail-oriented with high standards for data integrity.
    • Process-driven and solution-oriented.
    • Ability to balance hands-on support with strategic system oversight.
    • Self-starter capable of operating as the ERP owner.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience with SDA.
    • ERP implementation and data migration experience.
    • Experience supporting multi-site operations.
    Rewards
    • Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
