Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial drywall and steel stud framing projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including site supervisors and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial drywall and steel stud framing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:

• Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 annually.
