    TrustedQA


    provides remote and onsite advanced technical assistance, proactive hunting, rapid onsite incident response, and immediate investigation and resolution using host, network, and cloud-based cybersecurity analysis capabilities.

    Team personnel provide a front-line response for Digital Forensics / Incident Response (DFIR) and proactively hunt for malicious cyber activity.

    We seek

    Cyber Network Defense Analysts (CNDA)

    to support this critical customer mission. This federal program requires U.S. Citizenship, an

    active TS/SCI

    clearance, and the ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability. Onsite opportunities are located in Arlington, VA and follow a hybrid remote schedule.

    We are interested in speaking to candidates with a combination of the following:

    2+ years of directly relevant experience in cyber defense analysis using leading-edge technologies and industry-standard cyber defense tools

    Experience successfully developing and deploying signatures

    Experience detecting host and network-based intrusions and reading and interpreting signatures via intrusion detection technologies (e.g., Snort)

    Experience implementing incident handling methodologies

    Experience implementing protocol analyzers

    Experience collecting data from a variety of cyber defense resources

    Experience performing packet-level analysis and trend analysis

    Python programming experience is a plus

    Pay Range:

    The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 125,000 USD; however, TrustedQA considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
