    Duties:
    This position will serve as a Resource Registered Nurse that provides departmental clinical expertise, staff development, mentoring and leadership.

    Qualifications:
    Mandatory

    Minimum Qualifications Experience:
    Three (3) years ED/critical care nursing experience involving direct patient care including two (2) years' experience in providing education and training to nursing staff


    Education:
    Associate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program


    License:
    Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U

    S State or Territory Certificate:
    Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and maintain certification. Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and maintain certification.

    Valid Emergency Nurse Association Certification in Trauma Nursing Care Course (TNCC) and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) and maintain certification.
