Requirements CVT Surgeon for Ogden RegionalMust have UTAH license and UTAH DEAPAWS is from to is routing for signatures I have CFO approval to move forward with these dates.

We are looking for coverage for these specific dates only.

Please do not present candidates that cannot cover these dates
March 28th 7AM-April 6TH 7AMold position #533730 and and and and and and and and and and and and 947072CVT call coverage for Ogden Regional Medical Center.

This would be call coverage only during this time and no clinic coverage.

This is a level II trauma center and we need someone that can also do thoracic surgery and well as cardiovascular component.

24 hour call coveragePhysician Must be Board Certified and Board EligiblePatient load is approximately 10-12 patients per week. Approx 3-5 consults for 7 days and 1-3 surgeries per week…usually 1 cardiac and 2-3 thoracic cases.
Practice does about 80 hearts per year.
