- Lead strategic sales efforts to generate new business and expand existing accounts across diverse vertical markets (corporate, healthcare, education, retail, real estate, municipalities, and more).
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner for high-value signage projects.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design, project management, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas, driving company growth and profitability.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in sign industry sales or a related sector.
- Proven ability to build and manage executive-level client relationships.
- Strong record of exceeding revenue goals in a consultative, solution-based selling environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
