- Coach, lead, and develop store employees to drive new business and accelerate store growth.
- Set an example for employees in identifying local marketing opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Supervise office security, including cash management and loss prevention.
- Review and process loan/pawn applications and transactions.
- Participate in staff selection, hiring, and retention.
- Create efficient work schedules and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Handle challenging customer situations with integrity.
- Maintain store appearance and address facilities' needs.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and Team Members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in various systems and tools.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform tasks required.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Prior leadership experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
- Being bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus in certain locations.
