- Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.
- Contribute to community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, colleagues, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to team efforts by being adaptable in assignments, providing support, taking initiative, and understanding the interconnectedness of roles within the community.
- Maintain an appropriate work pace, fulfill activities as scheduled, and show regular attendance and punctuality.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, bathing, transferring, and more.
- Provide support with meal preparation, serving, and monitoring residents' dietary habits.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in resident areas through routine housekeeping tasks.
- Respond to emergency situations, prevent hazards, and follow safety protocols diligently.
- Identify and report any suspected misconduct or issues promptly.
- Engage residents in leisure activities, encouraging socialization and participation in community programs.
- Complete assigned tasks and participate in required training sessions.
