    What you will do:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact

    Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner

    Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth

    Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies for client retention and satisfaction

    Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure new business opportunities

    What you need to have:

    Proven experience in personal lines insurance products

    Must have 440 license and 220 license is preferred

    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for success
