- Develop on-site utilization plans.
- Track and prepare monthly payment applications.
- Clarify invoice issues prior to submitting payment applications.
- Maintain working relationships with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Clarify and resolve any issues.
- Set up and maintain project engineering files relating to subcontracts.
- Correspond with potential clients regarding marketing efforts.
- Coordinate subcontractor back charges and reconcile monthly.
- Track change requests status.
- Record and distribute package records and plans.
- Track and maintain procedures pertaining to various duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree or a minimum of 5 years of construction administrative experience.
- Proficient with general business practices.
- Knowledgeable with construction terminology, accounting functions, and contract management.
- Knowledgeable with construction documentation requirements, standards and procedures.
- Familiarity using construction management software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
