- Dashboard Creation: Collaborate with teams to understand their data needs and requirements. Develop and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Data Analytics: Analyze and interpret data to derive meaningful insights, trends, and patterns. Assist in creating reports, conducting data-driven assessments, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders. Explore opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis outcomes.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Conduct regular audits, update inventory databases, and recommend optimization strategies. Coordinate with procurement and IT teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to internal users. Respond to IT service requests, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems as needed. Document support activities, resolutions, and create user-friendly guides for common issues.
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of dashboard creation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and data visualization concepts.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Job Introduction
Gains hands-on experience in diverse IT functions, including dashboard creation, inventory management, help desk support, and data analytics.The goal of HydraForce's internship program is to develop future resources for our organization while providing support to our Engineering groups. We structure the internship to allow candidates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skill-sets unique to our industry. Project tasks reflect an increasing level of technical complexity based on demonstrated proficiency and success on prior assignments. Although there is no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our interns fully capable of stepping into an entry-level engineering position upon graduation.
