    Implementation Project Manager

    Atlanta, GA

    Contract to Hire

    Protege Hunters is seeking an Implementation Project Manager who is a Subject Matter Expert for commercial pest control operations in the retail industry.

    • Requirements:Must have 5 plus years of large and complex CRM / Customer Relationship Management implementations with industry-related platforms such as WorkWave, Briostack, Gorilladesk, Jobber, PestPac, House call Pro, FieldRoutes, etc
    • Industry experience in working with multiple contractors in coordination with parts suppliers to deliver a scope of work with speed, quality and cost effectiveness
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to diagnose solutions and effectively communicate processes
    • Must have a proven Track record of Overseeing all aspects of each project from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met according to schedule
    • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple parties including site management, corporate customers, local contractors and DMG partners
    • Familiar with industry standards in regards to materials, equipment and labor
    • Hands on experience scheduling, costing, and risk assessment standards utilizing proven project management methodologies and tools.
    • Responsibilities:This role provides governance for projects by establishing guidelines, planning, scheduling, costing, and risk assessment standards utilizing proven project management methodologies and tools.
    • The Project Management is responsible for leading several large-scale complex projects involving both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery within approved budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards.
    • This includes overall coordination of various teams, facilitating and promoting cross-functional collaboration from operations, customer service, technical, sales, marketing, and IT departments.
    • Work with the IT and Data Team leadership to plan, prioritize, and assign data and IT team projects
    • Hold daily standups with teams to ensure resolution of stucks and blockers
    • Provide frequent updates to the IT and Data Team leadership to ensure they are apprised of relevant timelines and risks
    • Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives for each new project
