    FORVIA -HELLA is seeking its next great Lead Systems Engineer to join our growing caraccess team. The primary function of this position will be to supply technicalguidance revolving around the development of next generation smart car accesssystems

    DailyResponsibilities

  • Achieve technical delivery of a validated solution that meets the full set of accepted customer requirements.
  • Act as the overall technical contact person with our customer and the project management team to manage all cost / timing actions and fault / change management initiatives
  • Create system engineering planning, ensuring that defined standards are compliant with system development framework.
  • Lead systems team regarding technical tasks including the creation of system requirements.
  • Conduct system engineering planning, ensuring that the defined standards are complied with within the system development framework.
  • Responsible for System Change Control Boards (CCB).
    • YOUR COMPETENCE

    Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in automotive industry.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, MKS/PTC, and DOORs.
  • Candidates with experience in Knowledge Data communications such as BLE and UWB and highly desired
  • Shown experience managing cross-domain assignments with high levels of composure and work in a cross functional global team. Inter-cultural adaptability and collaboration is a must.
  • Good customer front end experience in resolving and supporting customer requests.
  • Experience in the evaluation of functional, technical architectures at the system as well as component level.
