The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Profile Scripting Language (PSL) and Mumps technologies.

As a lead, you will play a critical role in the development and optimization of our healthcare systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.

Lead the development and maintenance of applications using Profile Scripting Language (PSL) and Mumps.
Ensure the best possible performance and quality of applications.
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Implement security and data protection solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and documented code.
Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with coding, troubleshooting, and managing large-scale systems.
Proficiency in software engineering tools and software development methodologies.
Ability to document requirements and specifications.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
Certification in Profile Scripting Language (PSL) and/or Mumps technologies
