    Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator- Hybrid
    Location: Cupertino, CA
    Travel: Hybrid, 3 days/week (Tue-Thurs)

    Brief Summary of Role:
    Salesforce Admins form the technical foundation of our delivery teams. They are primarily responsible for completing tasks that require Administrative skills such as troubleshooting, enhancements, support as well as new configurations. Our openings provide an excellent opportunity for those looking to get into the cloud computing space to participate on one of our many innovative cloud adoption projects at high-profile clients.

    Responsibilities:
    • Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC
    • Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables.
    • Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
    • Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
    • Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
    • Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
    • Assisting in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
    • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
    • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
    • Doing configuration with a high degree of efficiency and quality
    • Interaction with application development teams and customer-facing resources
    Education and Requirement:
    • Minimum 6+ years of Strong experience in Sales cloud and knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
    • Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
    • Experience as a Salesforce business analyst and admin role.
    • Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
    • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management
    • Prior experience in documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
    • Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software
    • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
    • Salesforce Admin certification required
    • This is an Onsite role and require a travel of 3 days initially to office, which may get extend to 5 days/week
