    Key Responsibilities:
    - Supporting documentation/corporate secretary function for in-scope entities in alignment with regulation and best practices
    - Drafting and reviewing documents including but not limited to secretary certificates, certificates of incumbency, officer and director appointments, powers of attorney and annual meeting materials
    - Maintaining corporate records and ensuring their accuracy and completeness
    - Liaising with management of legal entities and governance teams as required
    - Managing and/or supporting projects across entities and geographies, including projects to enhance effectiveness of corporate governance

    Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of experience; experience with a global financial institution preferred
    • Proven organizational skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, teamwork, and analytical skills
    • Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with various groups across the firm
