- Diagnose and troubleshoot truck and trailer issues accurately.
- Inspect and service trucks and trailers.
- Perform tire repairs, rotations, and wheel seal/lights maintenance.
- Change valves and perform necessary equipment repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
- Communicate efficiently with supervisors.
- Respond to on-call requests promptly.
- Work effectively outdoors.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- Own hand tools for the job.
- Willingness to relocate if required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Physical fitness for job duties.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of DOT service/repair experience.
- Previous work with crude trailers is a plus.
