- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate Degree in Social Services, Human Services or related field.
*Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. - Four (4) years in recovery from substance abuse and/or working experience in the recovery community.
- Two (2) years of working experience with confidentiality.
- Two (2) years of working experience with supervisory responsibilities, developing and building teams.
- Two (2) years of working experience in an office environment.
- Correspondence
- WA State Driver License. (Personal Automobile Insurance)
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation (Abstract Required)
- Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray.
- Food Handlers Permit.
- Blood borne Pathogens Certificate.
- HIPAA certification upon hire
- Recovery Coach Training Certificate. *Will allow six (6) months from start date to obtain.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate. *Will allow six (6) months from start date to obtain.

DEPARTMENT: Recovery Solutions
JOB SUMMARY: Provide oversite to Pallet Shelter Programs, responsible for case management services, substance abuse advocacy, and homeless program support. Will maintain the daily operations of the Pallet Shelter and oversee the Resident Aid positions. Provides recovery prevention plans, coordinates support groups, and refers clients to internal and external resources based on their intakes and case management decisions.
COMPENSATION: $30.23 hr.
