Our ideal candidate is someone interested in investigating alternative methods to provide indications of mode switching in RADAR data and constructing an intuitive User Interface
The position is 80% work from home and 20% work in office
As a full stack software engineer, your responsibilities include: Working as part of a small software development team consisting of researchers, software algorithm developers, and full-stack/cloud-native developers implementing software solutions in a multitude of domains
Developing source code for R&D software applications
Assisting in the overall design and UX of the system
Attending and participating in Agile ceremonies to report status and daily plan
Executing customer facing demonstrations in support customer status meetings Who you are: You have 4+ years working experience in backend (Java), front-end languages (JavaScript/TypeScript), and relevant frameworks (React)
You're excited about delivering end-to-end experiences and care about your software architecture across the backend, front-end and the APIs that glue them together
You care about quality, and you know what it means to ship high-quality code

You collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions Required skills: At least 3 years' experience developing software applications
Proficient with server and client-based software components
Working knowledge of microservice architecture
Experience with Atlassian tools
Experience working in Kanban or Agile teams
Experience developing in React
Working knowledge of containerized applications and working with Docker/Docker-Compose
Proficient with source control tools (e.g., Git)

Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with SSBI to support the government Desired skills (bonus points):
Familiar with data-visualization library d3
Experience creating custom data visualizations
Comfortable with database design and architecture
Experience with PostgreSQL
Familiar with incorporating RESTful API and orchestrating asynchronous calls
