    What Your Day Will Look Like

    As a Tax Manager you will:

    • Review gift, estate, and fiduciary tax returns.
    • Guide staff to ensure tax returns are completed correctly and on time.
    • Coach and mentor staff.
    • Interpret legal documents for estate and business planning.
    • Assist clients with different levels of estate planning knowledge.
    • Analyze tax situations to maximize benefits.
    • Create plans based on cash flow projections and estate preservation.
    • Manage client relationships and participate in business development.

    Who We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, active CPA license, or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
    • 5+ years of public accounting tax experience including gift, trust, and estate tax.
    • Expertise in transfer tax and estate planning.
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
    • Experience in business development and networking.

    Benefits and Salary

    Eide Bailly offers competitive pay and benefits including generous paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, and more. Salary range: $110,000-$145,000.

    Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
