Job Description

Emerging technology and mobile dating app company needs a high-level backend or full-stack software engineer to develop and lead the effort to bring core mobile product development in-house.

Open Source platform using Python, Django, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, REST, and related technologies.

The right person will bring the product vision to reality, own all things technical, coordinate front-end design and development teams, code backend features and scalability and build out the overall technical team.

Effectively, this person will step in or grow into the CTO. Though remote, the ideal person will be able to meet regularly with company founders in LA or NYC. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 5+ years backend software development building native mobile applications using Python, Django, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, REST and related tech GraphQL, React Native, GeoDjango/Google Maps, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and/or Prisma preferred Ideal person will have built full-stack mobile dating apps
