    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an entry-level Junior KYC Analyst to join our Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for counterparty onboarding (KYC) Know Your Customer, and general risk management duties.

    As a Junior KYC Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including trading, operations, and finance to deliver support on day-to-day activities.


    Responsibilities:
    Conducting fundamental analysis, in connection with new and existing counterparties/relationships, via appropriate levels of credit analysis in support of the organizations commercial and credit risk management portfolio;Active involvement in daily/necessary credit risk portfolio management disciplines and supporting credit risk management portfolio reporting;Communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a manner that supports the organizations goals and objectives while prudently managing the inherent credit risk exposure that may stem from a particular transaction and/or portfolio;Ability to learn and utilize various internal credit risk management systems;Ability to perform the principal duties and responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner

    RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong planning, organizational skills, and self-discipline are essential.
    Energy and/or banking background supported by the disciplines of credit risk management.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    Strong attention to detail.
    Bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English, specifically the ability to read and write is a MUST.


    Education and Experience:


    Bachelors degree in one of the following majors: Finance, Accounting, or General Business, and/or Economics0-2 years of experience in a credit and/or relevant experienceBasic knowledge of commodity markets, trading concepts, and risk metrics are a plusPlease note we will not sponsor, obtain, and/or petition for temporary visa status (for example, E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN) for candidates for this position and/or personnel hired for this position.
