- Handle basic receptionist responsibilities including answering phones and emails
- Process mail by opening, sorting, scanning and creating pdf's and dropping into proper folders electronically
- Return mail follow up
- Must be willing to work part time hours (Fridays only 9am-3pm); this position will not go to full time hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanning, creating pdf's and saving pdf's to folders
- Professional with excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality in a professional office setting
