    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Leader to join our dynamic team at Revere Plastic Systems.

    As a leader in our industry, we are committed to excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations.

    Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for creating and implementing both strategic and tactical talent acquisition initiatives.

    This position will work closely with senior leaders to understand the values, history, and most importantly, the future direction of the organization as to recruit and retain the best talent to deliver on that vision.


    ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and workforce needs

    Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team for talent acquisition, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and professional growth

    Employer Branding:
    Enhance Revere Plastics Systems' employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

    Recruitment Process Optimization:
    Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate experience

    Talent Pipeline Development:
    Implement proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

    Collaboration:
    Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent requirements, establish recruitment priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives

    Metrics and Reporting:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track recruitment success, analyze data insights, and provide regular reports to senior management

    Compliance:
    Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with hiring practices and mitigate risks

    Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and partners as needed, ensuring alignment with company values and standardsMeasurable AccountabilitiesTime-to
    • Fill Metrics: Measure the average time it takes to fill open positions within the organization.
    This includes tracking the duration from job requisition approval to the final offer acceptance by the candidate.


    Quality of Hire:
    Develop metrics to assess the quality of candidates hired. This includes performance evaluations, retention rates, and feedback from hiring managers regarding the suitability and competency of new hires.


    Candidate Satisfaction Scores:
    Implement surveys or feedback mechanisms to gauge candidates' satisfaction with the recruitment process. Measures factors such as communication responsiveness, clarity of job descriptions, and overall candidate experience.
    QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
    Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles. Experience in high-growth environments or fast-paced industries is highly desirable.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment processes and practices.
    In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment methodologies. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
    Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and measure success. Experience in analyzing recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
    Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
