    We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance and general upkeep of a 122-unit community located in Durham, NC -- Triangle Park Apartment Homes.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances
    • Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
    • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required
    • Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines
    • Work with the property manager on budget and projects.

    WHAT WE NEED:

    • 1+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, building exteriors, appliance installations, etc.
    • EPA Universal or Type II, preferred
    • Valid driver's license, required
    • Ability to work on-call, evenings and weekends
    • Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test
    • Smart phone

    COMPENSATION:

    • $15-20 hourly; Commensurate with experience
    • Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $ $20.00 per hour

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • On call

    Supplemental pay types:

    Experience:

    • Multi Family Apartment Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
    • HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

    License/Certification:

    • Driver's License (Preferred)
