Job DescriptionManage multidisciplinary teams and their tasks across several different job locations.

Organize daily delegation of job assignments, provide quotes, and adjust Statements of Work (SOW).Review and approve work completed by the team before submission to the Customer.

Oversee and monitor progress for SOW deliverables, reporting status to SOW owners, Business Unit Manager, and ACE manager.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers and project stakeholders.
Track project metrics, prepare status reports; manage and address overdue deliveries and escapes; and introduce cost-saving proposals.
Collaborate on initiatives regarding continuous improvement and delivery-led-mining activities.

Approve and monitor time input in E3.Administer Workday functions for the Engineering Technical Unit (ETU) and Finance Team (PTO, etc.).Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process.

Provide team people management, including engagement, initiatives, morale, etc.
