    Position Summary:

    The Behavioral Health Analyst is responsible for data analysis of behavioral health services involving care coordination, as well as oversight of performance measures and other operational related data analysis.

    Essential Job FunctionsWorking with the CFO and Director of Finance to develop and analyze reports.
    Run data validation reports to ensure all data is being submitted as required.
    Monitor number served and performance measures through the Carisk Portal to ensure contractual requirements are being met.
    Review data in Carisk for errors and notify providers as needed.
    Review care coordination data and provide trends by presenting in internal and external meetings.
    Use strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights that support sustainability and growth.
    Provide support with policies and procedures.
    Work with Carisk on developing reports to streamline processes.
    Ensures that reports (90% capacity, Waitlist, HNHU Reports, Template 21 and 32) are accurate and submitted timely.
    Assist with voucher corrections, and regular removals/ changes in Carisk.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    QualificationsRequired Education/ExperienceFive years of experience in behavioral health services.
    One year of experience in data analysisAdvanced Microsoft Excel experience required.
    Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
    Experience working in not-for-profit behavioral health environment a plus.
    Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesPosition SpecificAbility to understand business needs and translate into a creative reporting solution.
    Extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems.
    Identify data quality issues through analysis and working with departments to resolve data inconsistencies.
    Ability to use complex expressions to group, filter, calculate, and format custom reports.
    Above-average oral communication and business writing skills.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.
    Self-motivated and ability to work dependently.
    GeneralAbove-average oral communication and business writing skills.
    Ability to represent CFBHN well at funder, provider and community venues.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.
    Above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office suite as applicable to the position.
