    Company serves individuals affected by domestic violence. The role of the Program Assistant is to support the Case Management team and Leaders by providing administrative assistance to Program Leaders and Case Managers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday during business hours.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support program leaders and case managers with administrative tasks to enhance client services.
    • Ensure timely submission of monthly program fees for transitional housing to the finance department.
    • Assist in coordinating various program services such as workshops, support groups, case management, client events, and shelter activities.
    • Provide administrative support on-site by managing Dropbox, organizing client binders, and preparing necessary paperwork under the guidance of program leaders and case managers.
    • Aid in the orientation of new hires by familiarizing them with the shelter facilities and procedures.
    • Assist in processing accounts payable invoices.
    • Handle general errands for the shelter.
    • Collaborate closely with the Residential Program Manager to address shelter needs.
    • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness during client transitions within the program.
    • Occasionally transport clients as directed by the Residential Program Manager.
    • Conduct routine grocery shopping for the shelter.
    • Provide administrative assistance to the Riley Center management team.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and organization.
    • Compile statistical reports including program reports, client records, Salesforce updates, case files, and service statistics.
    • Coordinate office orders for staff and client needs.
    • Arrange meetings and staff trainings when required.
    • Support Volunteer Outreach & Coordinator in Domestic Violence Training logistics.
    • Handle crisis line calls as per schedule, including data entry in Salesforce.
    • Participate in various staff meetings and trainings.
    • Ensure facility maintenance in collaboration with Program and Operations Directors.
