Job summary
The Director is accountable for the implementation of the case management program for Hospital Galveston as well as the Patient Placement Center.Provides leadership and direction for the department ensuring that the mission goals operations of Hospital Galveston are provided in a timely accurate creative cost effective manner.
,- Establishes implements evaluates a written strategic plan for the department taking into account internal external factors. ,
- Facilitates growth development of case management program patient placement center consistent with enterprise-wide philosophy response dynamic nature healthcare environment benchmarking best practices networking quality management activities needed. ,
- Responsible 24/7 operations including staffing quality assurance compliance data analytics reporting financial management ensuring operations function manager standards practice.
