    Job Description

    The Residential Sales Estimator position involves completing in-home estimates with customers, using a consultative approach to understand their projects and identify suitable solutions.

    Compensation:

    $60,000 - $75,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct sales and estimating procedures based on provided leads.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with businesses and real estate professionals.
    • Create proposals and deliver engaging presentations to customers.
    • Maintain productivity standards and manage sales pipelines effectively.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on all estimates, inquiries, complaints, and other forms of communication.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of sales experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of Military experience.
    • Ability to use basic business technology and customer relationship management software.
    • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
