    Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.

    • tEvaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referralsn
    • tDevelop and update individualized treatment/discharge plansn
    • tDocument services accurately and timelyn
    • tSupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policiesn
    • tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and familiesn
    • tMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsnQualifications:n
    • tGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)n
    • tActive state OT license (or ability to obtain)n
    • tStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
    Assured Nursing Job ID # Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
