    Territory:
    North IL (Chicago), MN (Minneapolis), WI (Milwaukee), ND and SD

    Compensation:
    $92,000 to $138, % target bonus

    Work Setting:
    RemoteTravel: 3+ days per week on average

    Expense Reimbursement:
    Car Allowance, Communication Allowance (Cell Phone / Internet)
    • Mileage mileage reimbursement.
    Company credit card. Company will provide a laptop, external monitor, printer, station dock, mouse, etc.

    Required Experience:
    Current sales team management experiencePreferred (Not Required): Experience within the PPE industry / safety related products / industrial sales.

    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of our products to clients within a specified region or geographical area.

    The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute and produce products and services. Additionally, the regional sales manager may be responsible for managing a sales team within their specified region.
    Job ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales within the area of responsibility measured against preset goals.
    Build out and establish a plan of action towards a diverse, and robust pipeline of prospects. Develops and maintains relationships with end-users and distributors. Acts as a Product Specialist for sales, training and support of our distributors. Manages, motivates, and trains our independent agents. Business development of new distributors and collaborative selling at key end users. Develop individual objectives for customer contact for inside sales staff. Accountable for growth of all PIP product portfolio within region. Responsible for pricing for the accounts within his region. Conduct training sessions for both the agencies and distributor/customers in assigned region. Responsible for the development of and delivery of presentations. Responsible to personally represent the Company at accounts designated as house accounts. Manage the relationship at the field level in accounts designated as national accounts. Responsible for the collection of market intelligence, customer reaction to programs, product field test results, and competitive information. Digital/Virtual skills a must.
    Consistently report detailed sales activity into CRM software.
