We're on the hunt for a visionary Remote Clinical Director ready to lead, innovate, and expand our services for adults.
This is your chance to architect and steer the clinical direction of our program, including PHP, IOP, and OP services.
Responsibilities will include supervising direct clinical staff, overseeing policies and documentation, and participating in treatment team meetings.QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field and license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy required(i.e. LCSW, LPC,LMFT, Clinical Psychologist)
Clinical supervision experience required.
ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge
5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Experience with startup organizations is preferred.
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
